We ventured out last week to Arôme, the veteran top-dollar seafood and grill restaurant in the Hilton Lac-Leamy, because a few years ago, it launched its own dry-aged steak program. So, while I’m prone to occasional deep carnivore cravings, when it comes to steak, I bow to my friend’s expertise.
